Job summary

KidzThrive ABA in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD through one-on-one ABA sessions.

The role involves implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and maintaining communication with families and the team.

Part-time position with flexible hours; pay up to $26 per hour and opportunities for 40-hour RBT training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time or full-time hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and solve problems quickly.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality compliance.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one ABA sessions with clients.
• Implement behavior plans under supervision.
• Collect data to measure progress.
