Job summary

Kidz Thrive ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in New York. The role supports BCBA supervision, data collection, and family communication in a collaborative team environment.

The position offers flexible hours with a part-time schedule and potential for growth. Training is provided (40-hour RBT course) and candidates with Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Mandarin speaking a plus.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques

Up to $26 an hour (based on education and prior work experience)

Schedule:

• Client sessions generally take place during the later afternoon hours and evenings, and are scheduled on most days of the week. Specific days and time vary by client.
