Job summary

KidzThrive ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New York. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision and help collect data to track progress.

The role offers part-time hours with potential for full-time, flexible scheduling, and the chance to contribute to meaningful outcomes while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA. Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Mandarin speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
