Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA supervision, collecting data, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for clients.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred), and must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Clean background check required for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
