Job summary

Kidz Thrive ABA in Bronx, NY, seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with the supervisory BCBA and families.

We offer the 40-hour RBT training and flexible hours. Compensation is up to $26 per hour, with opportunities for growth within ABA. Prior patient-facing experience is valued; HIPAA confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedules including part-time or full-time
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem solve
• HIPAA familiarity and confidentiality
• Mandarin speaking a plus

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Mandarin speaking a plus
