BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, document session data, and collaborate with our clinical team in home or community settings.

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, RBT certification, and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
