Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team delivering one-on-one services to children with autism in homes and community settings. Part-time roles offer flexible schedules, immediate access to earnings, and a supportive clinical team.

You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, record data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to help clients reach goals while maintaining a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required prior to working.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
