Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and reliable RBT to provide high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy for children. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA, collect progress data, and work closely with families to promote meaningful skill development.

Formación

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
