Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA, and you will document progress with our clinical software.

This role values reliability, strong communication with families, and collaboration with the BCBA and care team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
