Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Missouri is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will work with supervising BCBAs, collect real-time progress data, collaborate with families, and maintain a safe, engaging environment while supporting skill acquisition and generalization.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
