Job summary

Rutherford County Schools is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and on data collection to monitor progress.

As directed by the BCBA, the RBT will model and support treatment plans for the student support team, contributing to functional behavior assessments when needed.

Qualifications

• RBT works under supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.
• Implements treatment plans to support skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Collects data for behavior reduction and for functional behavior assessments.
• 5% of hours worked are supervised by a BCBA as per BACB guidelines.
