Job summary

Fulton County Schools is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) paraprofessional to support behavior-analytic services under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on direct implementation, not design of plans, with supervision determining tasks based on training and competence.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of 40-hour RBT training and certification.
• Must pass the GACE para assessment or have 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours with a C or better; Associate's Degree or higher accepted by GaPSC.
• Must obtain Georgia PSC Paraprofessional Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist BI with preparation of educational materials and data collection materials.
• Assist with behavior reduction assessments or skill acquisition plans.
• Assist with social-skills instruction.
• Work individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assist with implementing students' Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as assigned.
