Zusammenfassung

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in a Fee For Service position. The RBT will implement clients’ behavior support plans and provide ABA-based instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, data collection, and reporting to the BCBA, while collaborating with families to achieve meaningful changes in behavior. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifikationen

• RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Minimum 5 years experience with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Availability for early afternoon hours (e.g. 1:30-4:00).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience with behavioral interventions preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone.
