Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings in Pembroke, NC. You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and support families with strategies and progress updates.

We offer competitive pay of $20–$28 per hour, flexible full-time or part-time shifts, and benefits eligibility for eligible employees. Training and ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
