Heartlinks ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, helping children develop communication, social, and independence skills. You will work under supervision to ensure high-quality care and ongoing mentorship for professional growth.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time) and a path for hands-on training with experienced BCBAs, making it ideal for those passionate about supporting families and advancing in ABA.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

Requirements
