Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home settings, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy and helping develop communication, social, and independence skills.

You will receive hands-on training from an experienced BCBA, collect data on goals, and collaborate to implement behavior plans while supporting families with progress updates. Flexible scheduling includes after-school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
