Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills under the guidance of a BCBA and receive hands-on training.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, opportunities for after-school hours and weekends, and eligible benefits. A valid RBT certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

About the Role
