Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in-home settings. You’ll work under supervision, implement behavior plans, collect data, and help families reinforce skills between sessions.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($20–$28/hour), and ongoing training with experienced BCBAs. Eligible employees gain benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to home-based visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
