Heartlinks ABA in Pembroke, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, helping children build communication, social and independence skills. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You will provide direct ABA therapy, collect data on goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and support families with progress updates and strategies. Flexible scheduling available with after-school/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in psychology, education or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.

• Active RBT certification

• Reliable transportation

• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
