Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at clients' homes. You will help children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and share progress updates with families to support skill development at home and in the community.

Competenze

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred
• Passion for helping children and families

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
