Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, building communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from seasoned BCBAs.

You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans under supervision, and share progress updates with families. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
