Maxim Healthcare is seeking an ABA Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral support in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and help clients develop communication, social, and adaptive skills through structured activities.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel between client locations.

ABA Technician

Entry Level Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour

You’ll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
