Job summary

Supportive Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home and community settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and help develop communication and daily living skills, under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (we can help you get certified)
• Passenger enthusiasm for working with children
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, compassionate, dependable personality
• Ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living
• Assist with behavior management strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
