Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. This in-person role focuses on data collection, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families.

The ideal candidate holds RBT and CPR certifications, is reliable with transportation, and is eager to grow professionally through training and BCBA guidance. Flexible hours include weekdays and weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism a plus.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
