Giving Growth Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings with 1:1 care. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track learner progress.

The role offers opportunities for ongoing training, BCBA guidance, and experience with CentralReach for notes and plans. In-person work across locations is available with weekday and some weekend hours.

Competenze

• RBT certification required.
• (CPR) CPR certification required.
• Autism experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• CentralReach experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
