Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and collect progress data, while communicating with families and supervisors to ensure learner growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
