Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to monitor progress, while communicating with families and supervisors.

This in-person role requires RBT and CPR certifications, reliable transportation, and willingness to engage in ongoing training and CentralReach documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
