Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks qualified Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children with autism.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, data collection, and collaboration with the supervising BCBA and families. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required, with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must have a valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
