Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You''ll implement plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with a team while maintaining reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations as needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver''s license to commute to locations and be punctual.
