Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in home, school, or in-person settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors.

Requirements include RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability Monday through Friday with some travel. Compensation ranges from $23 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate with supervising BCBA and team.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or in-person settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; participate in staff trainings.
• Have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations; be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.
