Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will follow individualized plans written by the supervising BCBA and maintain session data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
