Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school and in-person settings. You will join a supportive team focused on growth, with flexible scheduling and ongoing guidance.

RBT certification is required along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Travel up to 25% is expected, with competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Effective collaboration with families, peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school or in-person settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Have a vehicle and valid license to commute to locations.
