Job summary

Alight Behavioral is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We provide comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, child-centered environment.

Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling and in-person work. Ideal candidates bring energy, compassion, and a commitment to helping children succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40 hour RBT training
• RBT certification preferred, willing to assist in attaining it
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
