Job summary

ASAP ABA Inc. is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA services to children and families in Ramona and North San Diego, CA. You will work in home and community settings under BCBA supervision to build communication and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for advancement including a BCBA track, with competitive hourly pay and paid CEUs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children and families a plus.
• Ability to follow ABA treatment plans and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data and document session notes.
