Job summary

Golden View Learning Center, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Golden Hill, San Diego. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under on-site BCBA supervision, collect data, and support children with autism spectrum disorders in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT credential within 90 days of employment and CPR certification active.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID and pass a background check.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement goals in social, communication, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and report progress to caregivers and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized therapy environment.
