Job summary

ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and families across Ramona and North San Diego, with opportunities in Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula Valley.

You will work in home and community settings, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborating with supervising BCBAs for ongoing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data and document session notes.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers.
