Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a part-time to full-time Home & Community Behavior Technician (RBT) in San Diego, CA. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes, schools, and community settings, with a path to full-time hours as cases grow. Training is provided and growth is encouraged.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and a strong emphasis on family collaboration and data collection to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification on BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
