Job summary

ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and families across San Diego, including Ramona and North San Diego. Work in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, helping clients build communication and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for advancement. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to support your professional growth in ABA.

ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego.

About the Role

As a RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands‑on, meaningful role where you’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
