Job summary

ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children and families across Ramona and North San Diego, with opportunities in Menifee, Murrieta, and Temecula Valley.

You will work in home and community settings, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills, and collaborating with supervising BCBAs for ongoing training and professional growth.

ASAP ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Ramona and North San Diego.

About the Role

As a RBT, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. This is a hands‑on, meaningful role where you’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in the community
