Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. The role focuses on implementing plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collecting progress data.

You will collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure consistency and meaningful progress, while maintaining a safe and engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
