Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You’ll implement plans created by supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

You will work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistency, generalization, and meaningful outcomes, while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure skill generalization
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
