Job summary

Dogwood Autism Services is seeking Registered/Behavior Technicians to support children aged 1–5 in behavior analytic programs. The role involves 1:1 intervention, data collection, and collaboration with supervisors across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in 1:1 or classroom/group settings is preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervisor and clinical leadership team.
• Collect data and make function-based decisions with supervisor oversight.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Work with family members and stakeholders to coordinate care across clinic, home, and community settings.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

4-year degree in ABA or related field
