Job summary

Early Autism Services in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-11 in clinic settings, with occasional home or community visits. You will work under the guidance of BCBAs and supervisors, gaining hands-on experience while building your skills.

The position offers paid training, opportunities for advancement to full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including health, dental, and vision, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
