Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You will implement sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect progress data to support each child’s development.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's in human services preferred), comfort working with children, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
