Job summary

Dogwood Autism Services is seeking entry-level and experienced Registered/Behavior Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate is excited about working with children and making a difference.

Clinic hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. We offer paid RBT certification and training within the first 30 days, plus a benefits package for full-time employees including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in 1:1 or classroom/group settings (Preferred).
• CPR certification (Required) and willingness to learn ABA-related tasks.
• Access to reliable transportation (Required).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and physically assist children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 across communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by supervisor and leadership.
• Collect data and make function-based decisions with supervisor oversight.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Work with families and stakeholders to coordinate care across clinic, home, and community settings.
