Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our expanding team in a center-based setting, delivering 1-1 treatment under supervision of our BCBA to children aged 2–15. Active RBT certification is required to ensure best practice and client safety.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train and support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and relevant staff.
• Assist with client safety and supervision during sessions.
