Job summary

Dogwood Autism Services is seeking entry-level and experienced Registered/Behavior Technicians to join our team in Georgia. We offer 1:1 intervention with children aged 1-5, ABA-based therapy, and a BCBA-owned leadership structure.

The role includes RBT certification & training within the first 30 days and opportunities for rapid advancement. Full-time benefits include PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, and a 401K, with clinic hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in 1:1 or classroom/group settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation and CPR certification.
• Interest in working with children diagnosed with Autism via ABA Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 across communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervisor and clinical leadership team.
• Collect data and make function-based decisions with oversight of the supervisor.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Work with family members and stakeholders to coordinate care across clinic, home, and community settings.
