Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Corpus Christi seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide personalized care and therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. RBTs will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and engage in ongoing training and support.

This role offers a starting pay of $16.25 to $24.50 per hour, depending on experience, with guaranteed at least 35 hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to learn ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track daily treatment using Central Reach.
