Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-to-one therapy in a clinic setting for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing BCBA-created plans, recording progress in Central Reach, and contributing to a supportive treatment environment.

Starting compensation ranges from $16.25 to $24.50 per hour, with opportunities for raises based on performance and tenure, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
