Job summary

Landmark Snacks Group is seeking a diligent production team member to support raw meat processing, grinding, and stick formation. You will operate grinding equipment, measure ingredients, and ensure recipes are followed while maintaining quality and safety on the line.

Responsibilities include loading materials, documenting weights and temperatures, and keeping the work area clean. Applicants should be 18+, able to read English or Spanish, and capable of meeting production deadlines with good

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish.
• Sufficient written communication and reading skills.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment.
• Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directions and assess products for quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meat and seasoning for processing of meat sticks.
• Load materials, supplies, and finished goods and transport as required.
• Accurately measure and document weights, temperatures and measurements.
• Operate grinder and meat extruder; adjust as needed and notify if safety or production concerns arise.
• Guide meat sticks onto a railing, transport sticks weighing 20–30 lbs overhead.
• Confirm ingredients match recipe and expedite product per schedule.
• Document records to ensure quality and proper tracking.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow GMP and safety rules.
